Our Restaurant- ‘cafe of the Artists’
Celebrating 104 years in business, The Shelbourne Bakery and Restaurant has long been synonymous with quality. Purchased around 20 years ago by Mr. Hugh Boyle from the Mooney family, and now developed further with his son Hugh Jnr. and their dedicated team.
The Shelbourne Restaurant is fully licensed and boasts over 200 seats. It has two entrances, one on Hill Street and one on Margaret Street.
The delicious and extensive menu includes Mixed Grills, Chicken Maryland and Sirloins Steaks, which have proven highly popular with customers. All Day Breakfasts, Toasted Sandwiches, Baked Potatoes and Burgers are also available, along with a wide range of Chicken dishes and Salads for health conscious customers.
A new state of the art kitchen behind the scenes has acquired the latest cooking equipment and provides more space for The Shelbourne top class chefs and cooks, assisting them in providing the excellent quality, service and fine food which has become synonymous with The Shelbourne name.
